Sounds of the Expo | Dennis Shaw from Virtual DJ
PANDA has just returned from the 2016 ED Publications Gentlemen’s Club Expo! Every year we bring the convention to you with Sounds of the Expo, and this year we have more episodes than ever before. Each episode will focus on strip club industry professionals that graciously took the time to speak with us at our booth. On this episode we are joined by Dennis Shaw from Virtual DJ.
Virtual DJ is the industry standard DJ computer program used in the Strip Clubs. He talks about the improvements to VDJ 8.2, and how it can be simplified and customized. Some DJs, staff members and managers can be a little intimidated with all of the loop and effect buttons on these programs but Virtual DJ 8.2 allows you to only show the features that you want, hiding the ones that you don’t use.
We also have a round table discussion about Club DJs vs Strip Club DJs. Dennis Shaw is a well known producer and club DJ, but this is his first experience being around strip club DJs. Coming to expo has opened his eyes to this whole other world.
While we are doing this show Dennis is also video recording it for his Virtual DJ webisode called Atomic Power Room which covers DJ culture and has several episodes available on YouTube.
